Stuart Wins Six-Man State Football Championship

(Kearney, NE) - The Stuart Broncos won the six-man state football championship on Friday night at UNK defeating Sumner-Eddyville-Miller by a final score of 42-38.
Stuart avenges a week two loss to SEM on September 6th falling 36-33. The Broncos were runner-up in Class D2 in 2013 as Friday night was their first state football championship in school history in 22nd playoff appearances.
SEM suffered it's first & only loss of the season Friday night after winning the 2023 six-man state championship over Hay Springs.
