State Troopers Association of Nebraska (STAN) Endorses Pillen for Re-Election

Lincoln, NE - Governor Jim Pillen and Lt. Governor Joe Kelly were joined by leaders from the State Troopers Association of Nebraska (STAN) at the State Capitol Rotunda on Tuesday, who were there to announce their organization's endorsement of the Governor's campaign for re-election.
 
The endorsement comes after three years of investment in and support of the Nebraska State Patrol and greater law enforcement community by the Pillen administration.

Since taking office in 2023, Governor Pillen has been a champion for Nebraska's State Troopers, giving them their largest pay increase in decades and reaffirming the state's commitment to the men and women who serve every day to keep Nebraskans safe. "The number one obligation of government is to keep its people safe," said Gov. Pillen. "And to do that, government leaders must have the backs of the people who serve. I will always have our State Troopers' six."

For his leadership on such issues, Governor Pillen’s campaign for re-election also earned the “complete and total” endorsement of President Donald J. Trump, as well as the support of many other conservative leaders across the state including former Governor Dave Heineman.
