NSP Arrests Garden County Deputy After Sexual Assault Investigation

 

September 20, 2024 (Scottsbluff, Neb.)  — Investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol have arrested a Garden County Sheriff’s Deputy following an investigation into a report of sexual assault.

NSP began investigating the case in July at the request of the Attorney General’s Office. Following an investigation, NSP investigators arrested Bruce Neal, 39, of Oshkosh, for one count of first-degree sexual assault and two counts of child abuse.

Neal was arrested today at his home and has been lodged at the Cheyenne County Jail. The investigation remains ongoing.
