Next Action: Thursday, Varsity hosts Adams Central 2:00 / Holdrege 4:00

Comments from Head Coach Matt Wiemers: A successful season final by our junior varsity in Kearney. Very proud of the way they battled cand worked against a solid field of teams. Abi had the best day, earning five wins and giving thr Kearney Blue their only loss. Glad to see Abi continue to play well and earn a championship medal. Riliegh and Analia had a super day going 4-1 and won some of those matches quite easy. They earned runner-up medals for their efforts. Jaylee competed well at 1 singles, also going 4-1. She has played the one singles position all season and has had a lot of success. Bailee and Madi went 3-2 against some good teams. They have had a great season playing one doubles allseason. This experince will be awesome for the team going into next season, as they will be stepping up to fill several varsity positions. We now focus all our attention on the remaining eight ladies, as we prepare for out final regular season matches of the season Thursday, hosting Adams Central and Holdrege.
