MCC Alumni/Community Golf event July 12

The McCook Community College annual alumni/community golf tournament is set for July 12 at Heritage Hills Golf Course in McCook.

Alumni are encouraged to gather friends and/or former classmates or teammates but you don’t have to be an MCC graduate to participate in this four-person scramble.

Cost is $75 per person or $300 per team. Hole sponsorship is available for $100. Proceeds go towards scholarship for MCC graduates planning to transfer to a four-year college or university.

Registration is at 9 a.m. with a 10 a.m. shotgun start. Registration covers 18 holes, a cart, sleeve of balls and dinner. Prizes will be awarded for each hole. Team mulligans are available (pay in cash on tournament day, maximum of four). There are $20 optional skins.

The meal includes pulled-pork sandwiches, potato salad, chips and cookie.
