Brief Narrative: On 08/23/25 at 0024 officers made contact with a female victim who reported that her ex-boyfriend, Bradden Weeks, who she resides with her had taken a picture of her in a state of undress and in a private area without her consent. Bradden admitted to doing so. Bradden was placed under arrest for Unlawful Intrusion.

Brief Narrative: On 08/23/2025 at approximately 1937 hours, Officers responded to the area of 2730 US Hwy 30 E (Lazy V Apts) regarding multiple reports of a white Ford sedan driving all over the road. Officers stopped the white Ford sedan. Officers contacted the driver, Joseph Ellis, who showed signs of visible impairment. Officers’ investigation determined Joseph was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Joseph was arrested for DUI-.15+ OR refusal (3 prior conv).

Location of Incident: 1214 N Locust St
Brief Narrative: On 08/25/25 at 5501 officers made contact with a male and female victim at 1214 N Locust Street reference Criminal Mischief. The female reported two males had broken a door into her residence and a window with a sledge hammer. The female pursued charges. The male reported being assaulted by one male and advised the second male swung a sledge hammer at him but did not wish to pursue charges. The case is open.
