Brief Narrative: On 07/11/2026 at approximately 0106 officer investigated an active car alarm and contacted Joe Munoz in his vehicle. Joe Munoz was arrested for possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce and possession of a controlled substance.

Brief Narrative: On 07/10/2026 at approximately 1920 Officer received a report of Dolly Kyne hitting her ex with a pipe. Dolly was arrested for 2nd Degree Domestic Assault.

Brief Narrative: On 07/10/2026 at 1342 hours officers responded to the police department for a reported vehicle theft. On scene contact was made with the owner of DLT Auto Sales who advised that a former employee had taken a vehicle to Texas without his permission and is refusing to return it. The owner estimated the 2015 silver Jeep Cherokee to be worth $6,000 and it had a
single dealer plate worth $25. Case is open.

Brief Narrative: On 07/12/2026 at approximately 0115 Officers responded to an assault in progress. Multiple individuals were involved in the assault. One victim did not want to press charges. The other victim refused to give a statement.

Brief Narrative: On July 11, 2026, at approximately 11:55 PM, GIPD officers responded to the
area of 619 Roush Ln for a disturbance. An adult male was identified as an offender and taken
into custody.

Brief Narrative: On 07/12/2026, at approximately 03:24 hours, Officers were dispatched to a Burglary call for service. Victim reported someone entered her residence without permission through a window and stole multiple items. Investigation is ongoing.

Brief Narrative: On 7/11/2026, officer responded to a call reference a Burglary. The investigation is ongoing.

Offense: Drugs Incident # L26071466
Person Involved: Philip Doty, Homeless
Date and Time Reported: 7/12/26 @ 15:27
Location of Incident: Webb Rd N
Brief Narrative: Reporting party from Walgreens reported a male subject was in the store using products on his dog without paying for them. The subject was asked to pay for the items and to leave the store, but went to the bathroom instead. The subject stayed in the bathroom for awhile
before officers were called to assist with removal. Officer made contact with subject. Offender dropped a bag of pills while getting identification, later determined to be schedule II controlled substance in a plastic baggy. Subject paid for opened items and was later arrested when he was unable to provide ownership/prescription of controlled substance.

Brief Narrative: On 07/12/26 at 2149 hours, officers responded to a location in reference to a burglary. It was determined that an unknown person entered into the home through an unlocked
window and stole items. Case is open and active.
