Dave Hoxworth and Seth Leddy to Join NSAA Staff

The Nebraska School Activities Association (NSAA) has hired Dave Hoxworth and Seth Leddy as Assistant Directors. 

Hoxworth brings an abundance of educational experience to the NSAA Staff with over 30 years as a Nebraska educator, including the last 10 years as Activities Director of Scottsbluff High School. Hoxworth was instrumental in bringing the NSAA Class B Girls and Boys Golf Championships to the communities of Scottsbluff and Gering, beginning in 2019.

Hoxworth will step into his new role on the NSAA staff beginning in January of 2026.

Leddy will be the primary administrator in charge of soccer. Since 2022, Leddy has been active in the soccer community as an official at multiple levels, including the NAIA, NCAA and for the NSAA. Leddy has worked as an official at the NSAA Soccer Championships in each of the last three years, including the 2025 Class B Girls State Championship Match.

Leddy will begin his work with the NSAA in the spring of 2026.

“Dave and Seth will be excellent additions to the NSAA staff,” says NSAA Executive Director Jennifer Schwartz. “Dave Hoxworth’s experience and relationships with NSAA member schools and Seth Leddy’s energy and knowledge of the game of soccer will be assets to not only our staff but to NSAA member schools throughout the state of Nebraska.”
