100% Compliance in Harlan County Alcohol Compliance Checks

August 11, 2026 (Alma, Neb.) — Investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol have conducted alcohol compliance checks in Harlan County.
During the afternoon hours of Thursday, August 6, investigators conducted compliance checks at ten businesses in Harlan County. All of the businesses refused to sell alcohol to a minor for a compliance rate of 100 percent. All of the businesses checked the minor’s ID.
The businesses included liquor stores, convenience stores, restaurants, and grocery stores.
